The Nof Zion New Phase is located in the south-eastern corner of Jerusalem, adjacent to the amazing Armon Ha-Natsiv Promenade, and opposite the breath-taking walls of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. The project contains spacious and accessorized 3-6 room apartments, some of which with private gardens, and others with a large balcony. The project will be comprised of 22 residential buildings and a total of 360 apartments that will be added to Phase A' currently populated with 96 families. All the apartments have been well-planned and combine modern building with preservation of the unique scenic line of Jerusalem. A neighborhood shopping center, public areas, and two unique hotels will be constructed at the entrance to the neighborhood as part of future neighborhood development.

Project Developers

Kevin Bermeister, Project Developer

Kevin is an Australian-Jewish businessman, real estate, and hi-tech developer. He is a donor, philanthropist, and large supporter of charity organizations, and has received several awards for his contributions. Kevin has developed significant business ventures in the field of computerization, and was one of the founding investors in Skype.

Rami Levy, Project Developer

An Israeli businessman, owner of the "Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing" supermarket chain, "Cofix" chain of coffee shops, and "Rami Levy Communications", a mobile phone carrier company, and a developer and partner in numerous real estate ventures throughout Jerusalem. In recent years he has expanded his business activity and begun investing extensively, and quite successfully in real estate and hotel development.

In 2010, he entered the real estate market in Israel. He acquired the land in Nof Zion, the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and Spa, and additional land throughout Jerusalem zoned for residential and hospitality land use. In 2011, Kevin presented the "Jerusalem 5800" Master Plan, which aims to make the city of Jerusalem a global tourism center.
